explore ansible replacing easybutton shell script #399

the ansible "easybutton" has much better support for elastic search configuration and is easier to maintain. let's explore making the ansible installer the default installer.

tasks

  1. ensure a few recent changes have been ported
  2. test, test, test
  3. make ES shards configurable
    • for an all-in-one.. one shard no replicas
