Reorganize #2

Hi, I've reorganized your repository, but didn't change any of your code lines.

Now there is only one single ino-file. Your OSIF file i have merged into the readme. different files got different folders. Nice and structured. I know this is a kind of taste, but perhaps you like it.

You can now accept the pull request, then your repository will look like mine.

My plan is to get your code working with the stock motors and driver board.

This is awesome. Now that it is so well organized I hope I am able to find my stuff.
