Some notable comments:

Danny Glin: create a folder in the OPL directory to contain the local problem library; OPL-update indexes the local problems; make the Institution tag searchable (or filterable) ***MT comment: Wasn't clear if it is possible to filter by Institution tag
Nathan Wallach: beta version of multi-library support in Github Pull request 874 which adds a "Library" selector above the Subject selector ***MT comment: This one looks more interesting to me.

[ ] pros/cons of option a
- Very possible
- straight forward and easy to do
- Pros
  - Easy to do
  - robust, it uses the same library browser code that WW uses everyday
- Cons
  - Doesn't allow filtering by institution tag so does it really do what we want it to do?
  - Either
    1. We keep the current way of accessing the CPL and add this new way of accessing the CPL which is likely to create maintenance problems down the road. Or
    2. We add this new way of accessing the CPL and delete the old way of accessing the CPL which will break every saved homework set that uses CPL problems.

- Pros
  - It seems that it would do everything we want
- Cons
  - This is ~~beta~~ alpha code
  - The original PR #874 mentioned in the forum is superceded by by PR #876. It is noted that 876 is not complete. I would be reluctant to incorporate unfinished code into something as important as the library browser.
