Add diagnostic quiz links to model courses

The Pre-calculus and Calculus I diagnostic quizzes are ready for widespread use. To enable their use by Calculus I and II teachers:

• [x] add links in the Calculus I model courses (model201-NYA and model201-103) to the Pre-calculus diagnostic quiz directory in the CPL
  • <TMPL>/pre-cal-diagnostic-quiz -> /opt/webwork/libraries/local-libraries/Diagnostic-Quiz-Questions/Pre-Calculus/
• [x] add links in the Calculus I and II model courses to the Pre-calculus and Calculus I diagnostic quiz directories in the CPL
  • <TMPL>/pre-cal-diagnostic-quiz -> /opt/webwork/libraries/local-libraries/Diagnostic-Quiz-Questions/Pre-Calculus/
  • <TMPL>/calculus-1-diagnostic-quiz -> /opt/webwork/libraries/local-libraries/Diagnostic-Quiz-Questions/Calculus-1/
• [x] Document the quizzes and their usage: cslmath/champlainww.ca#2

This was completed January 9, 2023 with links in the calculus I and calculus II model courses. These links then propagate to all courses created from those models. Teachers were informed of the availability of the diagnostic quizzes in their courses by email. There is a page on the doc site explaining how to use the quizzes.

CAUTION. Archived course will have to be individually updated if they need access to the diagnostic quizzes.
