Information in Install.md about compatible LLVM versions is out of date #257

Current Install.md references a LAST_KNOWN_WORKING_LLVM file that no longer exists and an llvm-svn-compatible which either doesn't exist any more or is stale (LLVM of course moved to git some time ago). It seems the current practice is to have seperate branches for each major LLVM version.
