Add a bar near "Filter" on the teacher panel that shows "Done, T/F, TUTD, Multiple, Custom"
The first four automcatically start the public poll when clicked. The Custom button switches to poll page.
Remove Poll button from top. Poll page has class and teacher buttons, but not public.
