Move BGM, SFX, and formbar Pixels (including things like /phrase, /color and /segment) functionality to the RPi Formbot.
Integrate websocket signals from the formbar into this bot to handle changes in the Formbar state. For example, when the formbar receives a thumbs up, the Formbot should update the TUTD bar display.
