For any dataset that you plan to use, create the following visualizations and add them to a single comment below (one comment per dataset):
[ ] Full timeseries for 3-4 channels
[ ] Spectrogram with the full recording time (on the same axis as the above timeseries), and include indications of the expert-annotated sleep stages
[ ] For each sleep stage, choose a shorter time window (figure out an appropriate length of the window that will show interesting features and differences between sleep stages) and remake the above plot
[ ] Choose some time window (like the one you chose above) and divide the entire timeseries into windows of this length. Each window will act as a sample for you. Use these samples and corresponding sleep stage labels to generate tSNE plots showing each stage in different color.
