Add a latest version badge in PFA Alliance for each product #160

For each product separatelly add a last build badge. This should be like: production: .... (mapped to master branch) beta: .... (mapped to test branch) development: .... (mapped to deb branch) We should be able to get this information as a JSON from build site, and using JavaScript we should be able to build it into PFA site.
