As a Project Owner I would like to be able managing users assignment on the project so that everybody can do it's work on the project

• Project Owner can assign every type of person
• Product Owner & Scrum Master can assign only: Team and Statistics and their own role
• Project Owner can modify roles for users as he / she wishes
• Product Owner & Scrum Master can only modify roles for and into Team and Statistics and their own role
• Project Owner can remove users as he / she wishes
• Product Owner & Scrum Master can only remove users with roles: Team and Statistics
• Every user can remove himself from a project
