Changes to dojov1.js to:

output nested classes like (ex: dijit/Tree.TreeNode) to details.xml, like the old doc parser did
generate tree.json file used by the API viewer for the tree on the left.
add extension=true flag for properties defined by extension modules like NodeList-fx.js

(The API doc viewer is depending on these changes.)
