Add two second interval to player skip back/forward

Background/Context

There are currently scrub buttons for the 10 second interval, let's add buttons for 2 second scrubbing as well.

User Story

When I am working with a song, I need to be able to go backward and forward in varying size chunks, depending on what sort of thing I'm doing with the track.

Technical Notes

• Mirror existing behavior to two new buttons
• UI doesn't need to be perfect yet but should group buttons:

|<< 10s |...|< 2s|......|> 2s|...|>> 10s|
