fix link to MS devblogs article regarding traits #320

The link to "How to manage unit tests in Visual Studio 2012 Update 1 : Part 1–Using Traits in the Unit Test Explorer" was moved.

Unrelated to this PR but related to the traits section: The link to the traits sample "test code" does not work any more but I wasn't sure there the new destination should point to..
