Timeout setting #2

It would be nice if you could change the timeout settings. The change when you hover from one application to another is fine but when you then hover on the background (not on the app) it takes, in my opinion to long, before you get all your windows visible again.

I put 750ms to eveything because is the timaout by deffault in gnome shell for this kind of things, but as you say for some people it woul be nice to have a less timeout.

So I will add a setting for this. So you can change to the timeout you want.

Nice :-)

As reported via e.g.o, the timeout setting is buggy or sometimes may not work.

  1. When hovering the background for example it never seems to revert to all windows.
  2. When hovering the workspace selector it seems to work, but only the name of the window at the bottom reappears along with a blank space where the live thumbnail should be.

If using an extension or other method to hide the workspace selector there seems to be no way to revert to all windows other than toggling the Overview. It would be nice to just be able to hover the background as mentioned, instead of relying on the workspace selector.

This is on 3.4.1.

l300lvl The 1 error is a expected behaviour. It's the same behaviour as if you close many windows, the windows are not reordered until you don't hover the "chooser" of the windows. In other case it will be very dizzy.

And for the error 2, you just tell me indirectly the source of the bug I was searching. So thank you, I will fix it.

I didn't have any time to the extensions, but I hope that in this month I will fix this issue. Thank you both for the feedback

Glad I could help. I can't remember exactly the features of this extension right now, maybe you can expand the description and add a screenshot as well to the readme. Also 3.6 is out, so I'll try to test this with it with I get a moment.
