Request: Virtual MIDI Keyboard #71

As in CsoundQt, there is a need for a virtual MIDI keyboard controller surface - for teaching, for testing, (especially from small mobile devices - where one might not have a MIDI keyboard available.)

@hlolli has implemented this. I think one enhancement that would be nice would be to change octaves. @hlolli Do you think this would be difficult?
