Run 1-year monthly median reflectances for every tile in CONUS for the years 2015-2019 and store on Azure as zarr

You guys have any concerns about storing in east US and using in east us 2?

I don't personally but we can can create daskhubs in whatever regions they're necessary, it doesn't take much effort
