ProRes preset doesn't like videos with no audio #14

The audio options in the ProRes preset reject files with no audio tracks.

This is due to the complex filter on the audio track. With 26487e45f3d39b9a6ab295bde9c823620f1d43a2 there are now similar problems with the Bluray preset when no audio stream is included in the input.
