Progress tracker inaccurate for some presets #4

Progress tracker doesn't take pullup into account. This leads to slight progress inaccuracy when doing inverse telecine.

Commit 4e0468f makes way for almost frame accurate progress tracking. Planned for v1.8.

Progress tracker is still inaccurate when deinterlacing input.

Progress tracking will move from using fps to using duration in secs in v2.0.
