Update wiki to reference to this repository #15

The developer's wiki still references the old SVN repository.

Please make life easier for devs and change it to the correct location.

this is the csphere-cms repository which has nothing to do with clansphere except for the fact that it is its successor cms. in addition the old clansphere wiki is commonly known as outdated in many sections, has no active maintainer and will go offline in a few months.
