Update alan3 from garglk #16

Confirmed to work with remglk on armhf, arm64 and amd64

I sporadically update Alan3 from upstream in Gargoyle, but I missed the latest one.

@cibersheep Do you want to postpone this till Gargoyle has the newest Alan3 interpreter, or just get this in, then worry about updating it later when Gargoyle is updated?

If that's ok with you, I think we could update it (now, alan3 like it is in this repo is not working). And I can update with the future changes you plan to do.
