This was pretty easy, but I thought I'd send it your way anyway.

I forked, renamed the get-powershell to pwsh and published a build in a private release at

https://github.com/fearthecowboy/npm-get-powershell/releases/download/0.2.0/pwsh-0.2.0.tgz

so I can unblock myself in CI for the time being.

Thanks, I ended up doing the rename separately since this had merge conflicts with the work I did to get TravisCI tests running. Which, by the way, was a nightmare. So glad to be done with that. Anyway, sorry I was unable to merge this as-is.
