This PR contains 2 simple fixes:

https://github.com/cspr-rad/kairos/commit/56e2f122440bf21868b174f85fc9f01ac3d61753 - no_std compatibility for kairos-tx built with tx feature enabled - disabled default features for dependency

I would love to see a different modeling other than Option<PrivateKey>, but this works so approved.
