I think that the poster, in general, has a really good layout. It is well designed and arranged so that I could find the information I wanted easily. I especially like the missing data plot, it is a very straightforward representation of the large dataset you have. Also, the main takeaway section really helped my understanding of the overall study and the main results. I like how this particular section successfully encaptured your main findings, and its design really made this part to be eye-catching and distinguishable from the rest of the content.

However, I think that because the feature importance graph is probably a central point of the poster, you might want to make its size a little bigger. Also, the text in the introduction and the main takeaway section is well arranged but still a little bit hard to read. I think that if you could arrange these text to bullet points and use more highlights/different colors, it might be helpful to lead your audience through the whole poster better.

The content is clearly presented. I like the "challenges" and the method sections a lot because they gave me a very good sense of how you analyzed your data. But similarly, as mentioned earlier, I think that you would have more space to explain the model - XGboosting - you used for this particular project if you could make the text more succinct by using bullet points and avoiding long full paragraphs.
