Thanks for your presentation. Here are some thoughts from me after reading your poster.

Overall, the design is comfortable. You match the poster color with the graphic color very well. The figures are labeled clearly. The layout is clear and instructive, helping audiences catch the flow very well. However, I have a few minor suggestions for your poster. I love the data challenges parts. But I think this part takes too much space in the poster (about 1/4), thus the methods and results parts appear few. I would recommend you give more details on the results and methods, and how you solve data challenges in the poster. Please do cover data challenges in the final paper, that is amazing!

In addition, I would recommend you cover some illustrations about the x-axis and y-axis in figure 2. I listened to your presentation and I found it is interesting. But I am not sure audiences will understand them correctly without presenting.

As far as your research, the entire project design is sound and illustrative, from the perspective of an outsider of the field like me. The entire work is great and enlightening, and looking forward to seeing your final paper!
