Various errors on dashboard noted in IE 11 #17

During a demo of the dashboard to CA on 8/11 the following errors were noted:

  1. None of the measures would change at the county-level of the dashboard (although other levels were fine), and
  2. None of the mouse-over boxes were working.

As of this writing, I believe that this issue is resolved, but I am putting it up here so we know for sure when Erika is done testing...

Both bugs have been resolved in all browsers and additional bugs that Ben mentioned could not be replicated. The bugs were due to the storage location of the dashboard JS files; they were kept in a directory that gets wiped and reconstructed with automated Drupal updates (which is why this only recently came up). The files have been moved to a new directory /js-visualizations, which will be used to store all D3 visualization files moving forward. The parallel coordinates files are now stored there as well.

I am going to leave this open as it is currently with CA for review. They are not on here, but I will assign this to the account we created for them for monitoring.
