Need to clearly identify which services belong to which functional area #19

We need to change the description of our service categories such that it is clear which services are “in-home”, which services are “out-of-home”, and which services are available to both areas of CA case work.

I don't think we are done here yet....

The filter above the line indicates "adoption support" which is clearly not a placement prevention service yet is described as such in the mouse-over.

Weren't we just going to drop the line altogether?
