Table and chart label changes #25

These are the issues that Newby noted:

1) OOH, Entry & Exits: Entry Rates: change table date I(cohort period). 2) OOH, Entry & Exits: Exits: change table date I(cohort period). 3) OOH Well-Being: Sibling Placement by Year: change X axis on graph 4) OOH Well-Being: Sibling Placement by Year: change Year on chart 5) OOH Well-Being: Sibling Placement by Group Size: change date to 1st day of the year 6) OOH Well-Being: Sibling Placement by Group Size: change Year to Jan and change column label to 1st

  3. Cannot change because no transform... graph title makes it clear.
  4. I don't see how this is different from point 3.
  5. Done.
  6. Column label: Done. Actual values / filter selections: need to match integer returned by database. Not fixed.
