As context, this is less than 2-hours of work and should not impact any Sprout engineering priorities.
@Deanna1968 - Our understanding is that there are existing data from approx. 2018 in Region 1 to answer this question.
Per Barb Gansberg - if executive leadership requires a re-run, we can support this request. Otherwise, we should proceed with the older data from 2018.

3 missed no-show visits allow a provider to return a referral to DCYF. The contract is ambiguous as to whether or not the missingness needs to be consecutive or total (i.e. since the start of the referral).
A request has come from FIN to clarify this policy and would like to know how frequently the missingness is consecutive or total.
