Describe the solution you'd like Make address a required field. With a minimum of the city and state. Describe alternatives you've considered Instructing providers that they are required to complete the address portion of the visit report. NOT just a generic “in the community”. That is appropriate for the referral but the visit report should have the location of the actual visit. A minimum of the city , but preferably the full address.
@sarahyatsko and @subaykan, is this issue the same as the "New" issue raised by Caitlin at our 10/10 Weekly Sprout call, "Requiring a complete address to ensure mileage being entered matched what a provider is entering"?
Some questions I had from our 12/4/23 mtg w/ FIN and Caitlin re: the requested functionality:
Mark this issue as complete? at 6/11/24 mtg w/ DCYF agreement was noted to mark it complete (in backlog).
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently a visit supervisor who fills out a visit report does not have to fill in the visit location address in order for the visit report to be "Submitted for Approval" or in order for it to be "Approved" by an Service or Org Admin. This is a problem because auditors for DCYF require that the address where a visit took place be listed on the visit report.

Additional context DCYF would like to make the address for a visit location mandatory so that they are able to audit mileage and confirm the start and end points for a transport.
Prioritization Process
[x] Confirm the issue is a feature to which we want to devote resources.
[x] Write user story in
as a (role) I want (something) so that (benefit)
format. USER STORY captured on 12/4/23: "DCYF, given its fiscal responsibility, needs the start and end address for each leg a visit provider drives and expects mileage and transportation time reimbursement for. Currently in Sprout a visit provider does not have a place to enter this information."[ ] Label story Large, Uncertain, Small. If the story is too large, convert the story to a milestone/epic.
[ ] Label story as an active backlog issue (i.e. an issue on which we will be actively working).
[ ] Prioritize the story relative to other items in the active backlog.
[ ] Review progress/priorities in weekly collaboration meeting.
