Add color to button to differentiate between Completed and In Progress reports

I have a suggestion that would HUGELY improve the experience using the website. Could you please change the color of the button to yellow when a report is being worked on. The button that says "resume." Currently the button turns green when it's been submitted. But the completed reports and reports in progress both have a blue button and it makes it difficult to tell if a report was approved or is still being worked on and in progress. If you change the button that says "resume" to yellow, it would clearly differentiate the reports that are completed from the ones being worked on.
