Need an upload option for receipts when there are expenses entered

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When preparing invoice submissions, users need to send receipts in separately from the invoice. It would be very useful if expense receipts (for parking, ferries, etc.) could be uploaded to Sprout for submission with invoices.

Describe the solution you'd like As a user, I would Sprout to include a feature for uploading expense receipts with invoice submissions.

Prioritization Process
