CANS: Revisions to the Assessments page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Revision to language is needed on the assessments page (been 5 years since the last revision). See crosswalk attached.

Describe the solution you'd like Delton and his team need to confirm the details of the language on the assessment page to update. Then, Delton needs to get an ETA on updates to the CANS-F manual too (training will have to be updated/created in support of the new language). Delton said he did not expect extensive changes, though the University of Kentucky has to approve/give input on the language, too.

Describe alternatives you've considered NA

Additional context This does not sound like a Dev task, though depending on the revisions needed, it is possible layout of the UI may need revision, or other engineering support.

Prioritization Process

[x] Confirm the issue is a feature to which we want to devote resources.
[ ] Write user story in as a (role) I want (something) so that (benefit) format.
[ ] Label story Large, Uncertain, Small. If the story is too large, convert the story to a milestone/epic.
[ ] Label story as an active backlog issue (i.e. an issue on which we will be actively working).
[ ] Prioritize the story relative to other items in the active backlog.
[ ] Review progress/priorities in weekly collaboration meeting.
