Fixes naming issues after renaming the package control channel entry. #24

With the update of Sublimes Package Control Channel (wbond/package_control_channel@ac38c4eb773304825c80b97271916c5ab7429ce9) the readme and setting files of the CSScomb plugin are broken. This request fixes the issue and reflects the name change at several other places of the plugin.
