Plugin doesn't read config after restart #45

Plugin stops reading config files (project root, home root, whatever) after restarting ST3. Re-installing package helps until next launch :( Any suggestions?

For me it doesn't read from project root even once.

So, any progress on this? Plugin still won't work correctly :(

Should be fixed in 1.2.0
