This PR consists of an upgrade to 4.2.0 from 3.0.4

Changes made:

Replaced csscomb 4.2.0 under node_modules
Updated package.json
Modified csscomb.js to take into account that a promise is returned in new version

@tonyganch Could you take a look? Verified everything works when used as a sublime package.

Will follow up with a version bump to 1.3.0

@tonyganch I don't think I've been added as a collaborator to this repo and can't approve it. Could you take a look at it?
