Person URI prefix #80

All Persons seem to have the URI http://ontology.eil.utoronto.ca/cids/cids#Person instead of http://snmi#Person. I'll change it now in the programManager branch, but just to clarify, is this right?

http://ontology.eil.utoronto.ca/cids/cids#Person should be the correct one, it should match with what we have in the model.
