One the Data Explorer page, error message is not informative #16

When an invalid file is uploaded to CKAN, an error is thrown that does not give insights into what the issue is or how to fix it. The server logs do provide more insights.

We should show the error from the Data Explorer that was generated by the file processing utility. Screenshot 2023-03-15 at 17 17 48

Make the error available to the user.
