Add Tutorial page #27

We want to provide users with a tutorial page with step-by-step instructions.

  1. add new Tutorial page
  2. add new link to the tutorial page on the home page.

The first version will be a static HTML page exported from Google Docs. This HTML page will be uploaded with a subfolder that holds images referenced in the HTML page.

The process for updating content should allow for

  1. uploading a new folder called Tutorial
  2. In Tutorial, there is a file called index.html with the main tutorial page.
  3. The Tutorial folder can also contains subfolders and files that are referenced by index.html
