Change "Create Dataset" label to "Add Catalogue" #31

One main difference between CKAN and CUDR itsthat we are adding a catalogue entry or a catalogue+repository entry. Meaning metadata catalogue is the first thing that is "added. If the user wants, they can add a dataset, i.e. a repository entry.

This story is about renaming the buttons and screens to display "Adding Catalogue" instead og "Create Dataset". Issue #32 is the 2nd part, adding a dataset when adding files or a link to an external dataset page/file.

Seems "Catalogue" reverted back to "Dataset". It should be "Catalogue Entry" "Resource" is still "Dataset".

Change "Search Catalogues" to "Search Catalogue Entries"
