Q. Do all users have the same priority while reserving a resource? If no, do we make the process preemptive or non-preemptive?

I think this requires gathering some information from college authorities. Let's keep track of all open questions for authorities on this thread.

We will need the point of contact for each and every resource in case of any off time bookings (for keys etc.). We will be focusing on generalising this, so that resources can be easily added.
