Whoops sorry missed this earlier. Out atm, will have a look later today. After a quick glance looks good though!

👍 LGTM - removing cleanCSS is subjective, but I have no strong feelings either way and people can always run a minifier after postcss-normalize, so probably good to keep a separation of concerns.
