[Update] Add past events section #54

This is a draft; not yet ready for review.

We can list past CSSU events under its own section (either on the same page as Events, with its own group of posts - or in its own dedicated page) allowing current and future students to see events we have offered in the past.

If students like a particular past event, they could petition to have those events re-run for the current year.

Pending the deployment of #71 I will need to migrate any work over here to next.js as well. Will open a new PR for this purpose.
