Description

Opened on behalf of a community member. Transition takes too long on devices when attempting to load a page with lots of content, one example being the semiformal info page.

Reproduction steps

Try loading the semiformal page from an iPhone (try using Incognito or clearing your cache beforehand).

Additional details

This appears to be browser/device insensitive.
