[Feature request] Implement CSSU gift card sales on website

Rationale

This could be used in CSSU-held events as a reward for participation - allow people to buy items at the lounge.

How this will be implemented

This is yet to be discussed with other executive council members though I believe we could:

• create an online gift card sales page on Square
• invite people to use gift cards in the lounge

UPDATE: Square charges 2.5% of the gift card amount as a fee, as defined here.: https://squareup.com/help/ca/en/article/5068-what-are-square-s-fees

I don't think this would be a financially feasible option. We could re-open this if other members think otherwise.
