Simpler than a contributor guide, this wiki page would simply explain how someone with write access (webmasters, comms team, execs) could update the website's content.
It should:
leave out details of the website's implementation that are not necessary for updating content
explain how to branch via the GitHub GUI, and present our branch naming standard of author/branch-type/branch-name
explain how to edit mdx files and upload media via the GitHub GUI
explain how to write good commits and PRs
include examples for all of the above steps that are relevant to simple content updates
