更新后动态监听失效 #43

从1.1.4更新到mcl获取的1.2.1 无法正常订阅b站动态 但发送 /bili-dynamic list 查询返回有订阅信息

刚刚把缓存配置全删了又测试了一下 还是不行 log也没有 但是发bv号可以正常解析应该不是ip屏蔽
