是否未来提供过滤抽奖动态的功能？ #97

类似动态一旦存在关键词“恭喜xxx”，“转发xxx”等类似词汇，则动态会被过滤不发送。 因为抽奖动态有时太多，而群内往往对中奖的是谁毫不关心。
