stop 会与默认的stop 停止bot冲突导致bot被关停。在命令前缀被取消的情况下。

可是我认为该问题对于新用户依然可能存在较大可能性的误触问题，默认的关闭应该选择其他指令。

一般用户很少去掉指令前缀的吧
