Preserve dashboards folder structure #58

when utilizing folders, a common Grafana use case is to split dashboards related to different domains without utilizing different organizations, but in the case of grafana-db-exporter - all the dashboards get saved a single REPO_SAVE_PATH not respecting the folders the dashboards belong to
