Add rookies (create player within rankings) #13

Rookies don't have prior data, as well as players drafted last year that may have missed the entire year to injury. Rookies should be added either on an individual basis by a "add player" tool in the frontend rankings builder, or automatically/manually in the backend.

Add tool for creating players in rankings tool to make up for this. Consider being able to create more than one player at once with a list of players. May be useful to allow user to insert new players at a specific spot in the rankings.
